Zahara is the lady behind Beurre.

From a home where there is an enormous emphasis on sharing meals with your loved ones and marking celebrations with food, always food. Her mother instilled a love of making people happy via the contents on their plate and she taught her to place emphasis on flavour and creativity first. Balancing something that is equal parts moist, crumbly, crunchy and not overly sweet, with flavours that explode on your taste buds.

Hooman started his journey as a Civil Engineer in Iran and then found his love for pastry in Melbourne. With his Iranian background, bread is a core part of the cultural diet, and vendors can be found in every alleyway. He discovered that pastry has a natural crossover with Engineering. With the perfect formula and calculation, magic happens.

Moonstruck Bride

Their story starts back in 2017 when they caught up for a vino and exchanged our own gown journeys. Feeling there was a lack of individuality and wished there was a genuine shopping experience that was relaxed, warm and fun. They made it happen!

Helping brides find their wedding gowns since 2018. ! It's important that their brides feel super excited to put on their wedding gown and get married in whichever way they please.
